Your Path to Sustainable Energy

A simple, transparent three-step process designed to understand your unique needs and deliver optimal results.

1
Initial Information Gathering

Short introductory call or initial site visit to discuss your energy requirements and understand your premises

We collect essential details about your business including site locations, annual energy usage data, current energy costs & operational requirements. We focus on your peak demand periods, energy-intensive operational times and will use this data to design the optimal system for maximizing generation and savings.

2
Site Visit and Assessment

Comprehensive on-site evaluation

Our team visits your premises to conduct a thorough site evaluation, assessing roof structural integrity, health and safety requirements, available roofspace, shading patterns, and electrical infrastructure to design the optimal solar configuration for your business. We will also begin planning fire risk mitigations in accordance with our commitment to the highest standards of fire risk mitigation and the RC62 standard.

3
Feasibility Review & PPA Discussion

1 hour detailed analysis presentation

A Syntara specialist will conduct and present to you a detailed feasibility study using all data gathered prior to our call, with estimated annual savings potential, environmental impact & suggested project plan and timing. We will then walk you through the Heads of Terms, which is a detailed summary of your potential contract, and answer all of your queries and questions. If you would like to proceed, we will both electronically sign the preliminary document and proceed with the detailed planning consents and applications to the grid etc. Following successful completion of all detailed planning, we will proceed to finalise the Power Purchase Agreement and install the renewable energy system on your premises.

Important Notice

Please note that all Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) are subject to credit checks and customer due diligence procedures. Given the long-term nature of these contracts, these checks are essential to ensure a sustainable partnership for all parties involved.
